Moved into home late 2015 reported to them last week Dec2021 that I had a issue with a stacker door that now I have a lot of problem opening, when I try to pull it open its like the door is bent in the middle and the glass window and about to break.I believed that this would be covered as a major fault but was informed this is not so, looks like unless building falls down nothing is covered ,so I'm left with a back of the house entrance to my garden that I can't use.They promote them selfs as quality builder's also the wall the window sits in is not square bricklayers not so good as a bow in wall,Look elsewhere when looking for a new build because if you can't open your doors or windows in a few years time and they tell you your not covered what good are they,or their warrantys....Update they sent someone out to check door after complaining and saying I would post their answer on internet,seemingly the roller carage that the door runs on needs replacing, this is because we are coastal and the salt can get into them, I'm now satisfied with the response .
