We called this Fiat dealer to enquire about a fault with our Jayco Fiat Ducato. The engine light illuminated and we wanted this checked out. They simply didn't want to know about it and said that they only deal with new model Fiats! It sounded like our problems were in the 'too hard basket' or they just didn't care!
On the upside, they gave us the advise to contact Purely Commercial in Bibra Lake who have solved our problem with a smile and a thank you!

We had a problem with the engine light illuminating and Purely Commercial found a fix the problem in no time! They updated the cars computer and checked on a different problem as well. Apart from this the crew was super friendly!

We bought several services through Telstra Shop in Armadale (T-Hub, T-Box, landline and broadband service). The sales service was absolutely excellent and the knowhow of the assistant was great. But, this is as far as good service has gone. We had some problems with the T-Hub and we got the 'cold shoulder' and a phone number scribbled on a piece of paper and where told to go home and call from there to get the problem fixed. I expected the assistant to get on the phone and try to get a solution for us - isn't this what good service is about? Same with a discrepancy with a bill, they didn't want to know about it and I have spent several hours on the phone with God only knows how many people to get the problem fixed. Thus, the good service is only there until you walk out of the shop, after that you have to fend for yourself.
Every time I hear the add on radio about how good the service at Telstra Shop Armadale is, I get sick....

Water Tank connected to house, including water pump, rain bank and other materials with over 20 hours of work. Very good workmanship and innovative. A plumber who actually knows his trade and more..... we had many negative experiences with other tradesmen and Paul can be recommended above all.
