Not received a quote, however, professionally friendly and wonderfully knowledgeable for techno dumbos like myself. They are currently working on my problem child (laptop), that I purchased a while back, and the so called techs, could not carry out this task of transferring data etc. To be able to access emails again will be mana from heaven.
