Not received a quote, however, professionally friendly and wonderfully knowledgeable for techno dumbos like myself. They are currently working on my problem child (laptop), that I purchased a while back, and the so called techs, could not carry out this task of transferring data etc. To be able to access emails again will be mana from heaven. Will update on completion.....

when i was having trouble with my computer they sorted it out for me straight away. they are very helpful and describe thing so i could understand. i know that if i have any trouble in the future all i have to do is drop it off and they will have a look at it for me.
