Had a meal last night with work colleagues in the Brasserie at the Greenwood Hotel. There were 12 of us and the place was heaving! We were advised on arrival by Robbie, one of the wait staff to order promptly as an even larger group was due, trying to avoid delays for us. We all ordered separately and meals didn't take too long to come. A couple of drinks didn't arrive, Robbie was straight onto it, and brought them. All staff were, although very busy, running most of the time, really attentive, friendly and looking like they were loving their job. Nothing was too much trouble. Not a big eater, I often go for entree only when out and sometimes desert, if entrees are small. I ordered the Lemon Pepper Calamari entree, ($14.90) and it was excellent. Hot, crisp on outside, and not chewy. Said it came with some salad leaves. It was like a small salad, and was plenty. Shame I had no room for desert, as one guest had warm choc brownie with sauce and icecream which was unbelieveable. Will definately go again. All staff wonderful, Robbie really excelled!

Cafe style ambiance, very busy but staff friendly and attentive even so. all seemed to really be enjoying their job. Place was heaving the night we went. The menu, whilst not being overwhelmingly extensive, what was there was so inticing it was still hard to choose! Great food, more than adequate portions. Will definately go again.

Have picked up 'coffee to go' on way to work, nice coffee, friendly staff. Really fancied a Vanilla Slice one day, childhood favourite, and was very disappointed as it was obviously stale. Couldn't get my teeth through the pastry, the icing was hard and dry and the custard like rubber. Returned straight away, they were very apologetic and refunded me. Not sure if a mistaken one off, or whether their attention to 'sell by' date is as it should be, but it put me off buying cakes there in future. The cake section is always very full, and it makes you wonder how long they've been in there.

A very busy practice, but no shortage of Doctors several reception staff, friendly, and trained nurses there to attend to services that help free up Dr time. Sometimes it may be difficult to see my Dr at short notice, but that is a sign of a good trusted popular Dr. Others are available if you're happy to see another.They are efficient,and endeavour to keep wait times to minimum. I am very happy with this practice.

Often been there for a hearty breakfast, occassional lunch or just a brew. Good selection of teas too. Nice out door area to sit in sun or under the big umbrellas, in inclosed hedged courtyard. Loyalty cards reward your regular attendance with a free brew once filled. Food and bev arrive quickly, recommend the toasted focaccias. Yum!

Although my husband bought his bicycle elsewhere, we have frequented Bikeforce Woodvale often for acccessories and repairs. Help and advice given, introduced to products we didn't know existed. Layby available. Best value for bike clothing I was looking for. Pleasant helpful staff.

Great little Chinese restaurant, always bustling and busy, which is always a good sign. Service great, and the food is always fresh and hot. Take away service availble and widely used, the phone never stops! Not overly big, best to book. Prices reasonable.

Switched to Pooltime when we moved to Woodvale. Came out, assessed the pool for the account they created for us. Replaced and installed new chlorinator system. They have all supplies you could want, conveniently open every day, free water analysis each time, genuine advice, advise only what is needed. Home visit service also for emergency maintenance. Staff friendly and very knowledgable.

Recently had 4 new tyres for my Getz. Had no idea what would be the best, so felt a bit vulnerable. There are a few tyre places in this location, I drove into all of them to show them the car and get a quote. I chose Bob Jane for a few reasons. Having driven round the back where ample parking was I was greeted by a friendly technician working on a car who took me through to the office to be attended to. Again, two cheery chaps greeted me, and after one inspected my car I was given a few choices on the best for my car, depending on my budget. They fitted me in the very next morning, and being conveniently located across the road from Lakeside shops, I was able to occupy the time to my liking closeby. Very impressed with a clean organised office and workshop. Will keep going there. Recommend

Small family business inside Woodvale Boulevarde Shopping Centre. Home made baked fresh daily, hot pies etc, bread, pastries and cakes. Special occaslon cakes made to order. Best value. They made my parents' golden anniversary cake, and my daughter's amazing engagement cake. So huge and incredibly cheap. Everyone loved them and they tasted great. Photos supplied and in a book there for viewing. Her work is amazing.
