Hi I have had all very good experiences over the last 10 years with customer service. The staff are very helpful at all times. Recently when my daughter chose a pair of shoes and then decided that they wernt what she liked i was credited a voucher so i could choose something else. I was very afraid of losing my money so this was fantastic. I will continue to buy from this store in the future. Thankyou mudge shoes for your expertise in shoe fitting .

Had excellent service in this shop. Very helpful customer service. Great with Bigger sizes also. ILove the variety and quality available and the color range. I think the smaller business gives better customer service eg more one on one help.
