Hi I have had all very good experiences over the last 10 years with customer service. The staff are very helpful at all times. Recently when my daughter chose a pair of shoes and then decided that they wernt what she liked i was credited a voucher so i could choose something else. This shop has the best lady's shoes, especially boots. The staff are really helpful and if they don't have you size in stock they will aim to get it in for you. They have a really big range of the latest season's shoes and you can always find something a bit different there.
