Clinic: old house clean. Parking cramped off-street. Front door access awkward
Staff: first visit here the young guy was really great - professional, gentle, caring.
Second appt. NOT so good - new provider - unfortunately too rough, left with pain + unable to walk properly for days.
Cost: price is top of range
The second visit was too expensive, painful. We will not be back

Product Range: very good, this is a big store. An item I needed was not stocked and the staff member went out of her way to research the product for my dog & reply promptly
Price: Top end of range not cheap, but worth it because this business is good

Room: old, grotty, probably suit rough crowd.
Fixtures/facilities: broken, missing bits. My little barfridge was going thru a new ice-age, giant iceberg takes up entire space.
Bathroom: old and crappy
TIP: turn toilet fill tap off at night if any sleep wanted.
Parking: Unlit at night, big pot holes, dark, dangerous at night and if raining
TIP: take a torch

CHEAP and cheerful.
Service: Staff friendly. Go to hotel bar to book in - as the old motel reception is long closed. It's a case of "You-pays-your money-and-you-takes-your-chances' here, and we were lucky I guess because we enjoyed our stay here. It is no palace but we have paid more to stay in worse places!
Room: old and dated - needs a refit - but also big & roomy. Facilities/fixtures: old & crappy, but after a good wipe down we all settled in ok.
Parking: big roomy car park outside rooms
Hint: keep a pack of wet wipes in the car and run them over any surfaces to be used before unpacking

Lunch was a failure this time - not a very good effort at all. Service lack lustre, mistakes made.
Order not complete - unfortunately we found this out on the road and therefore too late to go back for a little chat. Chicken was overspiced, overcooked (tough), not served hot. Our Wraps were drowning in a very bland mayo, very messy to eat, not good eating and not good value.
We found a flyer under our wraps demanding "Feedback" - we obliged. As regular customers we are usually happy with this business, today not so much.

Service is prompt, accurate and cheerful.
Coffee we ordered Cappuccino and we were served good coffee - strong and tasty
Very convenient - glad we tried this - we will return

Busy new bakery and coffee shop
We went there for lunch and even though the shop was packed we found the lovely staff very helpful, kind and patient.
Coffee very good, coffee scroll was delicious!

Reception: Prompt and helpful. Lady at reception looked after me and as I arrived in a rain storm, wet and cold she kindly upgraded my booking
Room: Older style, large room, comfortable, reasonable price. Not spotless but quite acceptable.
Parking not undercover. Raining heavily on arrival, unloading our belongings was tricky, walking across slippery wet paths
