I ordered a phone case on 14 October and paid $15 for delivery ($65.95 total). I emailed them to follow up on 13 Nov - NO REPLY. I emailed again on 20 November - RECEIVED A RUDE REPLY saying simply "It's with Australia Post". Later that day they said it was lost and they were resending the product "today" (20 Nov). On 23 Nov I requested a tracking number for the 2nd product - they didn't yet have one. On 28 Nov, I AGAIN asked for a tracking number and REQUESTED A REFUND... I received a new tracking number (no refund!) but still nothing has arrived. I have followed up with both Australia Post, Fastaway and Aramex. It is now 21 December and there is no sign of either parcel OR my refund. I very much believe this website is a scam.

My daughter's personalised chocolate bars did not arrive in time for her 10th birthday party. Their website and order confirmation email told me it would arrive within 10 days and their "Track Order" feature is still saying "Being Processed" 18 days later! They are not returning my emails and none of the social media links on their website are legitimate. I am so angry and my daughter is devastated!!

Absolute scammers. Do not give them a cent! Anyone on here who gave them 5 stars are clearly hackers!! They went into liquidation and are now screwing people under a new business name ‘party hire’. Run a mile!!
