My daughter's personalised chocolate bars did not arrive in time for her 10th birthday party. Their website and order confirmation email told me it would arrive within 10 days and their "Track Order" feature is still saying "Being Processed" 18 days later! They are not returning my emails and none of the social media links on their website are legitimate. I am so angry and my daughter is devastated!!

So not buy from this company. They do not deliver what you order on line in a timely manner, if at all.
No customer service or resolution to issues.
Disappointed little girls without party decorations.
Do not return phone calls and hopeless no action email responses.
Stay away and avoid disappointment!
