Year 2000 I was suffering from severe disability in my right hip,virtually a cripple and in constant pain,a friend of mine had more recently had 'hip replacement surgery performed by Dr Stephen Ruff and highly recommended him.My initial consultation with Dr Ruff served to confirm that here was a quality 'human being' who really cared, and his professional demeanour gave me the confidence at my then age (61) to proceed to surgery.The successful procedure, my subsequent 100% recovery,and the ongoing care of Dr Ruff,, enabled me to continue in the workforce,and enjoy a 'pain free'existence.
