Bought the hoover stick vac from the frankston store in september. Have had nothing but problems with it from the second we used it. Have had it back to the store 4 times before deciding to go through head office due to the extreme rudeness of [redacted due to personal identifier] We have asked for a full refund of the money spent on the machine as we have had to go elsewhere to buy a $800 vac. Head office even said we were well within our rights to get a refund but because the frankston store is privatly owned the final decission would be up to the owner the manager. I have just gotten of the phone to him and after a very frustrating convo of him talking over me and being extremely rude and disrespectful and point blank regusing to give me a refund of my money (because he wants to keep the money withing his pockets) i am now having to take it further.
