I have never posted a review before however this has become a very stressful experience.
We met showtime roof restorations at the Home show late last year and engaged with them to repoint and fix the leaks in our roof. They seemed very professional and we were made to feel comfortable and ensured that the work would be done with high quality materials and our leaking roof problems would be fixed. Unfortunately this is not the case. We now have more leaks then we originally started with. On calling roof restorations and speaking with Hani; we were promised that he or his team would come on certain days and we wait at home for him to arrive but nobody shows up. This has happened now three times where we cancel plans to be available for the roof to be repaired. .Hani seems like a very nice person; however the customer service and workmanship is extremely poor. It’s very stressful each time it rains as the damage inside the property is constantly increasing. Please do your research and shop around before you engage with this company to fix your roofing problems. Extremely dissapointing.
