I have never posted a review before however this has become a very stressful experience.
We met showtime roof restorations at the Home show late last year and engaged with them to repoint and fix the leaks in our roof. They seemed very professional and we were made to feel comfortable and ensured that the work would be done with high quality materials and our leaking roof problems would be fixed. Unfortunately this is not the case. We now have more leaks then we originally started with. On calling roof restorations and speaking with Hani; we were promised that he or his team would come on certain days and we wait at home for him to arrive but nobody shows up. This has happened now three times where we cancel plans to be available for the roof to be repaired. .Hani seems like a very nice person; however the customer service and workmanship is extremely poor. It’s very stressful each time it rains as the damage inside the property is constantly increasing. Please do your research and shop around before you engage with this company to fix your roofing problems. Extremely dissapointing.

Had Showtime Retorations spruce our neighbours roof, to their credit, he knocked on our door and informed us what was happening, said there will be dirt coming our way and that they will clean it up, and that’s when it went downhill. They said they didn’t have a hose to connect to the tap and asked if they could use ours. Showing up to a job knowing they are pressure cleaning a roof with water is just the start. He did clean our blinds, pushing them up against the the windows and leaving them like that when they were originally clipped into their brackets and just pushing all the dirt over the windows. We asked them to clean them properly the next day, and they were still dirty. It took me an hour to get them back to how they were originally. Then when they left , I noticed the hose connection was missing. I had to ring to find out where it was and was told it was on the neighbours fence. That’s the price you pay to help someone. So when they show up knocking on your door, give them nothing and tell them to leave the mess on the other side of the fence

I enquired to 3 or 4 different companies to get my repainted. Hani came recommended by a co worker, and so I called him for a quote. He arrived later that afternoon as he said he would. The inspection took 15 to 20 minutes. He then went over the complete roof process from start to finish and gave his price.

I have to say, they weren't the cheaper option, but by far they were the best.

The staff were polite, helpful and hard working.. What impressed me was the fact that they snapped photos throughout the entire restoration from beginning to end.

I am definetly going to recommend Hani and Showtime Restorations to my friends and family.

We had our roof restored by Showtime. The knowledge and quality of work that was completed impeccably. They arrived on time, explained what they would be doing, carried out the work, and cleaned up after themselves - Would hire again in an instant.
