Have used Pack & Send Chermside several times and the service is always exceptional. On the last occasion we sent a large baby car seat plus various smaller items to our son in Sydney and which we wanted delivered to his workplace in Sydney CBD. As usual it was a no fuss procedure: just delivered the items to the depot at Aspley not far from where we live and they did the rest. The lady at the counter who organises the paperwork is always very courteous and helpful which engenders a feeling of confidence that the package and contents are in safe hands. This package was delivered to our son the next day in perfect condition at a very reasonable cost. Would not use any other courier service for sending parcels especially large items.

I was 72 years of age when I initially saw Doctor Kua at Urobriz after I had been diagnosed with prostate cancer, to discuss the robotic prostate surgery which he specialises in, as a treatment option. He carefully and thoroughly explained exactly what is involved in this operation and any risks and possible after effects. I decided to go ahead with the operation. It was a complete success, the cancer having been contained and fully removed. I was able to go home from hospital two days after the operation and experienced only minimal pain. I was able to drive a vehicle after two weeks and continue normal work and activities after six weeks, at which time I was not experiencing any incontinence whatsoever. Now, five months after the operation, my general health is extremely good. I have never had any regrets about having the operation. The expertise, professionalism and integrity of Dr Kua and his team exceeded my highest expectations.
