Have used Pack & Send Chermside several times and the service is always exceptional. On the last occasion we sent a large baby car seat plus various smaller items to our son in Sydney and which we wanted delivered to his workplace in Sydney CBD. As usual it was a no fuss procedure: just delivered the items to the depot at Aspley not far from where we live and they did the rest. The lady at the counter who organises the paperwork is always very courteous and helpful which engenders a feeling of confidence that the package and contents are in safe hands. This package was delivered to our son the next day in perfect condition at a very reasonable cost. Would not use any other courier service for sending parcels especially large items.

This courier would have to be one of the most reliable and low priced couriers around. They can collect at very short notice and dont mind picking up several times a day with out any fuss. They are always friendly..

i have used these guys a few times and the service they give is excellent and very informitive, i made enquires to ship belonging form brisbane to rockhampton and the price was far cheaper than by australia post . the boxes range in size up to tea chest and thats the difference , they are better than most places for shipping and sent on friday and arrive on monday in rockhampton good job guys

I had a violin I needed transported from QLD to VIC. Needless to say I was a bit nervous about using a courier to transport such an item. The violin was dropped off in case and Pack & Send did the rest. They packaged and transported to Vic in what was excellent time. It was dropped off on the Friday and arrived on the Monday afternoon. The violin was just like I had picked it up from a local shop. Needed a little tuning but that was to be expected. Like most couriers you do get charged a bit for the service (especially packaging) but as the item arrived quickly and in excellent condition I certainly got what I paid for (which included packaging, sending and insurance). The customer service by Maria was excellent and so was the communication - I received a quote on a Sunday - can't fault that. Would definitely use again. (I have used Pack &Send previously in Victoria with similar level of satisfaction)
