John at Tigersoft was really great to deal with. He took time to answer all my questions and was very helpful and pleasant. He obviously cares about customer service. I had a problem with the product I ordered and after an email to john he diagnosed the problem and fixed it straight away. I am satisfied with the product I ordered, a Bluefin tune, and and very happy with the service given by John.
