Service was appalling. Staff stood around talking to each other and didn't give our table our cokes that we ordered 20 minutes prior. When the food was served staff failed to inform chefs of dietary requirements of our table and we ended up with the wrong food. When we also ordered we were told these changes could be made and when staff asked the chef we found out that they could not be. We also asked about certain dishes that we wanted on the menu and the majority of what we wanted was out of stock... At 7pm. Then when we refused to pay for our drinks and delayed meals (1 hour to be exact for just starters) management refused to reimburse after out clear display of dissatisfaction. If you like bring treated as a oaf who has no clue, go into anaphylactic shock or experience what it I'd like to be in high school or on the Jerry springer show then this would be the place to go.
