Wow! What a difference a good roof makes! Not only to the look of the house but to the feel and the market value! As a historian, I was pretty attached to my tiled roof, but after more than 60 years they were in dire need of replacement. Having said that, Mat suggested that I consider a Colourbond roof because it is more energy efficient and even quieter in storms. I wasn't sold but my husband was. Mat and his crew were uber-professional. They got stuck in early every morning and even cleaned up after their work. And what work! How beautiful is my new roof! The day after it was put in we had torrential wind and rain. With the old tiled roof I would have heard every howl and whistle of the wind and every drop of rain, but I didn't even know it was raining! It was so quiet. AND--even though it's winter, we haven't had our heater on since the new roof went on! BUT it's Mat's craftsmanship that made the roof reno a success to me. ABC Kitchens made renovating our old house with all its quirks and issues EASY! We told them what we wanted/needed and they did it. They came to our home, listened to us, measured up and within a couple of days I had a quote and drawings. Their drawings were the impetus for us to make major changes but it was their customer service that propelled us to contract them! Everyone at ABC is personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They took care of everything for us...and with this old house there is a lot to take care of! But their true excellence is in their finished product--our house is AMAZING!! It's gone from being a dreary rabbit warren to a BRIGHT and AIRY, BEAUTIFUL and FUNCTIONAL home!! Thank you ABC!!

JOE IS A MASTER! Actually, he's more than that. He did the impossible. He fixed our laminate floor with minimal cost. That makes what he did sound so easy but it was anything but easy. Only a couple of years ago we had the flooring done then we decided to redo our kitchen. We had walls taken out and put back in and it totally stuffed the floor. Any other flooring guy would have had to rip the whole floor out and start again but we didn't have the time, money or space to do that. Joe worked with our needs better than anyone else would have or possibly even could have! My floor looks AMAZING because Joe is AMAZING!

Hudson's have made my day (week, month, and year)! I had a load of garden waste that needed to be taken to the landfill right away but I didn't want to damage the interior of my car. I didn't know quite what to do when a miracle happened...I pulled up next to the Hudson's truck at a stop light! (After I got home) I called the number on the truck and was relieved to hear that they would take the green waste to the dump for me! Will, the owner, was courteous, honest, friendly and efficient! He told me when he'd arrive and even phoned to let me know ahead of time. He and his off-sider were here a matter of minutes and then gone--along with the waste material! It took them a lot less time to remove the material than it would have taken me AND there was no damaging my car with spiky green waste! Thank you Hudson Rubbish Removals!! You're awesome!

Wow! I've tried four AC repair companies over the last few years but only Kookaburra AC has managed to fixe my old AC units, actually keeping me warm when I'm want to be warm and cool when I want to be cool! Thank you Kookaburra AC!
Michelle in the office was personable and efficient, gathering all the pertinent details and helping me with the warranty. And Dean (also very personable) was prompt and reliable and soooooo efficient! Wish I would have found Kookaburra years ago! I'd have saved myself a lot of uncomfortable days and nights!

After researching local tattoo artist, I decided upon Adam Gallic at Tattoo Tears because I liked his artwork both on skin and canvas. Knowing he has a Bachelor of Fine Arts made the decision even easier. I gave him a brief of what I wanted. He took the brief and delivered, emailing me the artwork a few days before my appointment and tweaking it to suit my wants. The artwork he sent was phenomenal--just what I wanted but so much more than I could have imagined! When it came time to getting the tat, he told me up front how long it would take and what was entailed. After he was done, I was even more impressed that he could so perfectly transfer his artwork from paper to skin and it could look so amazingly beautiful! I highly recommend Adam Gallic at Tattoo Tears if you're going to get artwork that you'll be happy to have last a lifetime.
