Prices are good online and we have been able to rent a small car for the weekends when we need them. No fuss, clear billing and decently clean rentals.

First of all, HN runs like a loosely-fitted giant retail nightmare where each department does its own thing (does not talk to its neighbour) and imposes separate delivery fees even if the delivery date is the same!

Most of staff are knowledgeable, I talked to a very nice lady in the furniture department, a very nice guy in the pillow department and a few nice people from the home electronics (washer/dryer/fridge) department... and also encountered a few rude ones. The cashiers are often the nicest folks around.

The delivery guys were very rude from the electronics section and quite friendly/helpful from the furniture section.

The team at Taylors worked hard to help us land our dream apartment! It was a nightmare trying to find a half-decent property that allowed pet cats and we couldn't be happier when we signed the lease! They also helped a colleague land his rental property in a very short time as well! Well done, Taylors! :)

food is half-decent most of the time, but the drinks are great! Seriously, go for the coffees, teas and other beverages...

Great customer service and largely popular brunch/lunch place with good food on offer. They have a takeout menu too if you need to run. It's usually very crowded during the lunch hour, so plan to come early before food runs out :)

A neat spot to hang out for brunch on a weekend -- that is, if you don't mind expensive mediocre food. Coffee is decent though.

To be fair, the food isn't bad and service is quite good. The down side is the non-alcoholic beverages... from chai latte to other teas, they're quite weak. Coffee was decent though. It would have been better if the seats were updated -- some were in serious need of a new cushion.

Super-competitive pricing for home goods. You'd find plenty of things to buy in that shop! This isn't as big as the chain stores but because it isn't, there are more interesting things on offer.
