The male staff member is unnecessarily rude and lacks customer service skills. He was wearing disposable gloves to protect himself (reasonable given the current COVID-19 pandemic), however, he repeatedly blew his nose whilst serving customers and did not change his gloves or sanitise his hands. This made me uncomfortable as he was clearly displaying symptoms. When it was my turn to be served I politely asked if he could please change his gloves before touching the items I was purchasing to which he responded the register was unavailable to me and waved me away. To say I was shocked is an understatement. The staff member showed a complete disregard for the health and safety of customers and was only concerned with his own wellbeing. Beyond disrespectful.
