My little pet cockateil became very sick suddenly. I phoned this vet and was told to bring him down straight away. The Vet spent quite a bit of time checking my little mate, administered so medicine and gave lots of advice on how to care for him & warned me that he was a very sick bird.
Unfortunately he was too sick and passed away later that night but I felt he really cared about my mate and understood the bond we had.

I recently contacted Pacific Vet Care to find the cost of having two very old friends euthanised (two ancient Chihuahuas)
Its a tough time, I explained the situation to the lovely lady who answered the phone and she was so helpful, understanding & thoughtful. She and described the procedure. One the day we brought the pair in, my mother was shown to a little room where she was given time to say her goodbye to her mates. The vet let my children and I were encouraged to hold and talk to the dogs as they were calmly put to rest.
I have been around dogs all my life, and have had to take many for this, however the caring nature of the staff at Pacific Vet Care impressed me.
Thank you for making a difficult time that little bit easier!

I have purchased the odd part for my computers here in the past and have always found the prices quite reasonable even comparing to eBay and other online stores.
This morning I popped in to find a replacement processor fan for my kids old computer, the gentleman I spoke with went "out the back" and came back with a couple of second hand fans, compared them, picked the most appropriate & said "you can just have that, it saves it sitting around."
I would have been quite happy to pay for the fan & or his time, but I really appreciated the gift.
I'm sure they could not always afford to give things away, and I will definitely shop there in the future!

I have taken my car to Rod on several occasions for repairs & rego checks. The work done has always been to a high standard & completed when he said it would be. He seems very knowledgeable & takes a lot of pride in the work he does.
He can get quite busy, so sometimes you might not be able to get your car fixed the same day, although you wont regret waiting to have the job done right first time!
I would have no problem recommending this business to anyone.

This is a great chicken butchery owned by the same people as the Coffs Harbour store.
The chicken here is fresh, delicious & they have a great range of fancy ready to cook meats like Kiev, pastry wheels etc.
The staff are friendly & ready to help with most special requests.

I don't eat red meat so I buy nearly all my chicken from this store. The quality is just great, the staff friendly and knowledgeable with cooking tips. And the range of different products is awesome. (The pastry wheels & kievs are my favorite)

My wife and I purchased a 6 year old car at Bellbowrie Motors.
The Sales & Finance staff was fantastic and helpful. They helped us make the right decision on the car and finance.
However A couple of months later after when I took the car back to have a towbar fitted my trouble arose. It started using more fuel and running erratically. After leaving the car with them for a couple of days, they advised me that they did not have the specialised equipment to "hook up" to the computer in this particular model. And that they didn't think there was anything wrong anyway.
I took it to a small local auto electrician and had the computer "reset & re-trained". I was told the issue was caused by improper procedures when Bellbowrie fitted the new tow-bar.
It took a little while for them to accept liability, but after a few weeks Bellbowrie Motors sent me a cheque to pay for the auto electrician's bill.
I don't have the car serviced there either as I find their prices a bit expensive.
I don't think they will be my first choice when looking for my next car.

I wanted to grab some flowers on the way home last week, but didn't want the boring supermarket kind.
I stopped here upon seeing the big flowers sign.
When I walked there were no flowers to be seen, but the lady said she would make a bunch up for me while I waited.
I told her how much i wanted to spend and what colors to use and she quickly made a very nice bunch & wrapped them nicely. While I waited I had a wander around and ended up buying a few items from their impressive range of Asian groceries.
I would recommend this store to anyone!

I shop here for some pet foods and it is the only place I can find a muzzle for my small dogs.
The staff are friendly an reasonably knowledgeable. And they are willing to order special items in for you.
I think the prices are a little bit high.
They also often have things I cant get at the other pet stores in town, for example I was looking for a reptile globe and at the time they were the only store with decent reptile supplies.

This is my favorite take away, i take my family here for fish and chips at least twice a month. Whether you want a big juicy hamburger or simple bag of chips, the food is fresh, delicious and a great price.
As the food is cooked as you order it, you have to wait a few minutes, but if you are told it will be 10 minutes, it will be exactly 10 minutes, so you can go for a stroll around the shopping center an know your food will be ready when you get back.
