This business takes advantage of vulnerable pet owners by charging excessive fees for putting animals down. No options to refuse consultation fees for animals that clearly have no option but to be euthanised. Staff were extremely unhelpful and rude not owning the issue or passing on information. A complete disgrace!

I recently contacted Pacific Vet Care to find the cost of having two very old friends euthanised (two ancient Chihuahuas)
Its a tough time, I explained the situation to the lovely lady who answered the phone and she was so helpful, understanding & thoughtful. She and described the procedure. One the day we brought the pair in, my mother was shown to a little room where she was given time to say her goodbye to her mates. The vet let my children and I were encouraged to hold and talk to the dogs as they were calmly put to rest.
I have been around dogs all my life, and have had to take many for this, however the caring nature of the staff at Pacific Vet Care impressed me.
Thank you for making a difficult time that little bit easier!
