All the staff are friendly, helpful, and most important, care about their clients - your pet - as their own. I had to have my beloved dog put down recently, and Andrew was so understanding, kind and compassionate; he made a very difficult decision just that little bit easier.

My little pet cockateil became very sick suddenly. I phoned this vet and was told to bring him down straight away. The Vet spent quite a bit of time checking my little mate, administered so medicine and gave lots of advice on how to care for him & warned me that he was a very sick bird.
Unfortunately he was too sick and passed away later that night but I felt he really cared about my mate and understood the bond we had.

The vets here, especially Michael, are very caring, considerate and dedicated people. They have looked after our animals for over 10 years now and have always taken great care of us and our pets.

we had to have one of our pet dogs put down at home. The staff from rose ave. vet hospital attended. Their caring and sensitive attitude was wonderful at our time of loss. Two weeks later we received a beautiful card and poem from them for our loss.
