Had dinner here with my husband not long ago very stylish venue neat and clean had a very enjoyable dinning experience here and enjoyed a good drop of wine here as well good selection of food to choose from and at ok prices as well service was fine as well we also enjoyed a few more drinks at the bar as well friendly bar staff and a very good atmosphere also in the bar well recommended venue for a very enjoyable meal and a few drinks cheers

Have called in here a few times now with my husband for there yummy pizzas always get real good value for money buying from here there bases are cooked to perfection with a great crust I also tryed there wings as well full of flavour and great tasting very friendly polite customer services as well good select of food on there menu as well all at very reasonable prices will always buy my pizzas when in this town as I am often thanks

The food used to be good, could always rely on a good kebab or mix grill. Nowadays the food is dry and the dips mostly oily, seems like they have stopped caring as they get busier - the place is constantly packed so you have to wait a while to be served...

This place has great meals at good prices. The staff are very friendly and service is punctual. The boss is always welcoming and makes the effort to get to know customers. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone. The house special pizza was particulary nice as well the salad and risotto.

Big on their cocktails, I loved it. Its a great venue with old furniture. They specialize in Absinthe it seems, with lots to choose from. They serve it the proper old way, with a sugar cube on a spoon, slowly being dissolved by dripping water.. Drinks can be quite expensive

I love this restaurant. The menu is great, well priced and the people are friendly and fast. The food is always delicious, especially the pizza's my fav, and a very decent sized portions. They've made a happy regular customer out of me

My favourite dish is theChicken Parma with a bowl of Potato Wedges which I would share with my husband. So good on a summers day in the outdoor area, we have both moved to the country now for work but still talk about those wedges! :) Big meals too

Absolutely love The Standard. The atmosphere is of a country pub in the big city. The gardens out the back are brilliant for a beer and a meal. The food is excellent, and they accommodate for big groups really well. Can't recommend this place highly enough

Attended a party here last month. Poor service, food was average, large group booking, some of us didn't get all items on banquet. Plenty of meats,and pita bread was nice. The place was extremely noisy which can't really be helped given the booking was for such a large group... Probably would not go back

We only come for the fantastic food on offer ... the roast pork,. suckling pig and the roast ducks are just so yummy, But the staff and service by them are pretty dissapointing. Staff are very rude and so slow at serving your meals. Best bet is to just come for the great feed
