Fantastic cakes and biscuits. Cakes that are so delicious (and also happen to be gluten free).

This cafe may not have the building that creates the perfect atmosphere, however the friendly people and the good food and coffee make this cafe very enjoyable.

Neapoli people are always friendly, bright and personal. It feels great in the morning, when you need more than coffee to give you a lift.
When there was recently a problem with a dietary constraint and an incorrect order being served, Neapoli was so quick to solve it in a perfect way.

This is a friendly place with interesting menu and a collection of artwork for sale. Waiters / waitresses have been warm and helpful. I go regularly.

The food was good. The service and atmosphere really lacking. We had to say 5 times in quick succession that we just wanted a minute to look at the menus before we decided on a drink. A change in the order to accommodate my wife's pregnancy was only done under sufferance. Did not feel happy and friendly. We didn't have a booking and the way we were treated was as if we were second class citizens. Pretension but no wow.

I bought some lovely cakes and patisserie. My arm was in a sling and the service extended to finding a good carrying bag and opening the door for me.

Fantastic, friendly and personal service. A quality haircut that sits well, day in, day out. Exactly what I was looking for. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Moving from two flats to one house, these guys were careful, efficient and friendly. It couldn't have been better.
