I have been to Ballarat Toyota twice in search of a new car for my family. Each time the team were friendly and helpful, unfortunately I did not find the car I wanted amongst their huge range but their customer service is fantastic.

Thank you to the team at Peter Stevens. I recently bought a new car and from the moment I stepped into their yard I was treated with respect, unlike other car dealers in Ballarat. I was given a fair deal on my trade in and they worked with me to come to a good deal on a new car.

Thank you for making our Valentines dinner lovely. The service is fantastic and the food wonderful. A bit pricey but we enjoyed it. The boatshed has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are friendly. I definitely recommend the Boatshed.

Took my car to Eclipse Ford to have the baby seat fitted. Very friendly polite staff, and quick service. Very nice show room with great facilities such as a barista to make you coffee while you wait.

Disgraceful! My partner and I went here for a meal and had to wait 5 minutes just to get a table in an empty restaurant. I had cork and the plastic it was wrapped in, in my wine. I ordered well done steak and was given a lamb shank instead. When my steak arrived it was red in the middle, the chips underneath were soaked in blood from the steak. We were then over charged for our meal by $10, our beer/wine were supposed to be included with the lunch menu but we were charged separately for them. The owner seemed to lord around and only take care of his friends who were there for lunch leaving his unfriendly wife to take care of the rest. Wont be returning.

The kids love coming here. The meals are usually pretty good although I have had a couple that weren't so good. Well priced can be a bit noisy as it is a popular place.

The food is delicious and well priced. The service was prompt but not what I would call friendly or welcoming. Our dinner was marred by a group of noisy teenagers at the next table one of which decided to sing every 5 minutes. We would of been better seated somewhere else. Very child friendly place for dinner.

Very happy with the grooming service they provide. They do an excellent job and at a reasonable price. I do find their other products food, beds etc a tad expensive though. Pleasant friendly staff.

Lovely, friendly staff who are always polite and helpful. Ran out of tablets I needed so ordered more in. Called me to say the tablets had arrived and even put some aside for me.

Very happy with Leah at Reveal, she always does a great job and quick too. New salon looks great, very professional and clean. It can take a little while to get into them as they are busy but booking 6 weeks in advance is the best option.
