Camping near by and had dinner here twice. First night was passable but not value for money. Second night was the worst experience we've ever had in a 'restaurant'. Just on two hours waiting for a meal with no apologies or even notification that the kitchen was behind from staff at time of ordering. When food is ready to be delivered to the tables, it is just left on a bench gathering dust not under a heat lamp. Some meals appeared to be there for at least 5-10 minutes as staff were running so behind. Once food did eventually arrive it was obvious that the risotto had been microwaved as it was hot on the outside and cold on the inside (plus it was just generally gross). We should've taken heed from all the other people returning their meals to the kitchen or cancelling their orders. Unfortunately they have a trapped market and can take advantage of the customers.

After being over quoted elsewhere for mechanical work, we were given David's number. He fixed our car promptly for $2k less than our first quote. In addition, he dropped our car back to our house. Very happy.

I am not a great baker (or cook for that matter). This shop however makes me look great! I can bake my children a fantastic birthday cake and those at the party think I am highly skilled. Little do they know my secret. A novelty cake tin, cake mix, the yummiest buttercream icing and decorations all from the one place. Plus the advice from the staff is always helpful. Thanks for making me look like a great baker/decorator.

You haven't lived until you've tasted the Rhubarb Relish. Love it! We are also big fans of their Strawberry and Lavender Jam. The Jams and Chutneys are all so yummy. Location of the shop is also lovely as set in gorgeous gardens. There's a glass studio located there as well. Very friendly people who run the place.

When we arrived back in Melbourne at 1am one winters morning it was with great pleasure we saw the Long Term Airport parking shuttle go past full and not accepting passengers, whilst our little minivan turned up from Parking Port. With two young children in tow, the fact that we were delivered straight to our car rather than going on a tour of the long-term car park was much appreciated. We will definitely use Parking Port again as the friendly service was well worth it.

With very short notice (less than 48 hours) we had a carer turn up on our door to look after our cat whilst we were away. Not only did she look after the cat, she collected our mail and put our bins out. Such a relief after being let down by others (family).
Enjoyed getting text messages about what the cat was doing as well. Much easier than taking the cat to the cattery. We will definitely use them again.

Finally a chiropractor where I don't feel like I am only on the table for 2 minutes. Dr Robyn is fantastic with adults and children. My young children love going to see Dr Robyn. In addition, Bernadette and Anne at reception are fantastic with entertaining children whilst you have your appointment. They are true to their word in including "family" in their business name. I've recommended them to so many people.

My in-laws stayed here for several weeks whilst over from the UK. The hosts are fantastic. Lovely people who are very accommodating. Were great with our children when we visited making sure there were plenty of toys etc for them. Beautiful location as well. Will definitely be sending our visitors there again.

Have dined here several times and it has been continually getting worse. Last night was the ultimate in poor restaurant management. My meal was literally coated in salt. You could see it all over the carrots, beans and the mash may as well have been salted chips mashed up. The chicken was bland. When I gave it back to the waitress (it took 15 mins for them to come to the table) she just offered me a free coffee. Never mind that I hadn't eaten! No apologies for a meal that wasn't bad due to my tastes but was literally over-salted.

I love sending my children here. If you don't love where your children are looked after then they shouldn't be there. The staff are just fantastic. The facilities are wonderful, bright, clean and modern. It's away from main roads and suburban clutter so has a calming affect.

Another bonus is that you only pay for what you use. So if you finish work early, you can pick the kids up and not have to pay for those hours you don't use. Plus there's no paying for public holidays, sick days etc.

I travel 15 mins out of my way to drop my children off and will continue to do so until they start school. Happy children = happy mum.
