For the beginner or experienced cake decorator this is the place to go. Classes are fantastic. Staff more than helpful. Pricing is reasonable and the staff are more than willing to give away tricks of the trade.

Fantastic service with lovely staff who go out of their way to help. I went in with no idea what I needed and the wonderful staff member spend a lot of time providing advice and handy tips meaning that I left feeling confident in creating my own cake.

Been going here for over a year now. I have done many of their classes and purchased many of the products form the store. Although they are slightly more expensive then other cometors in the area, I know that the product I am receiving ALWAYS works, giving me peice of mind.
The staff there are helpful, however if you go on a Saturday please be advised that they are VERY busy as they have classes running all day and students come in and pick up lst minute this, leaving the staff run of their feet. I always ring and discuss what they think I might need (I usually deal with Lee) then ocme in purchase the products on Saturday, if I cant get in there during the week.
The classes are amazing, I love the workshops as well. My favourite so far is both Chocolate courses and the cupcake workshops.

Cheap cake decorating course, I was so keen to do one but shouldn't have signed up because when I phoned for information she was so rude! Classes were good, but the woman left a bad taste in my mouth

I'm a beginner cake decorator and asked for some help when in the shop. I have never been served by a ruder person. She completely shut my ideas down and told me I wasn't good enough to do it, when she has no idea of my skill level and she told me the product I wanted didn't exist (Which I purchased later that day at a different cake decorating store). I wanted to do some classes there also but there is no way I would step foot back in that place after being embarrassed and humiliated like that.

I did a cake decorating course through the Greensborough Cake Decorating Centre and I had an absolute ball! The course was reasonably priced and ran on a Saturday morning for 3 weeks. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made the classes fun. The class was pitched at the right level and there were lots of things included. You were given adequate time to complete tasks, and plenty of assistance if you needed it. By the end of the first session, I had a beautifully filled and decorated cake to take home! They also have a little shop from where you can hire cake tins and buy all sorts of goodies. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

I haven't actually bought anything from here yet - I always ring too late ;) BUT, as an honorable mention the women who work here are FANTASTIC, so helpful, full of advice and suggestions - if you have a cake dilemma give them a buzz.

I am not a great baker (or cook for that matter). This shop however makes me look great! I can bake my children a fantastic birthday cake and those at the party think I am highly skilled. Little do they know my secret. A novelty cake tin, cake mix, the yummiest buttercream icing and decorations all from the one place. Plus the advice from the staff is always helpful. Thanks for making me look like a great baker/decorator.
