The staff here don't speak much English, but this was fine as they were friendly enough to overcome any confusion. I was expecting an intense chinese massage with a lot of thumbwork, but instead i received a relaxing massage. Disappointing. It's in a very busy location, prices are average.
From spectacular crystal chandeliers, big golden baroque mirrors, Louis XV chairs and chaise lounge, stunning wooden drawers with golden details to beautiful cast iron jardinieres this store is heaven to anyone who loves antiques. Prices are on the very expensive side.
Day Spa for your clothes. What a genius marketing slogan! 24/7 drop off and pickup of your clothes. It looks and operates like a bank ATM. When you sign in on the touch screen, the computer recognises you by your telephone number and pin code, which is connected to a computerised conveyor. Sounds like the future. Works fantastic.
Good variety of juices and smoothies to choose from. You can make your own salads, wraps, baguettes and sandwiches. They've recently added all day breakfast and burgers to the menu. I like:)
Vegetarian only. Interesting dishes, all incredibly cheap! Not the finest of dining but it certainly has its novelty. Fried chicken certainly tastes, looks and has the chicken texture. Everything we had was fresh.
Excellent coffee. Food made from local produce and great prices. Heather's Hutch is a real little secret!
Terrific little bookstore and cafe all rolled into one! The food is wonderful, cakes divine and the coffee is perfect. A very welcoming environment surrounded by esoteric books. Very pleasant and relaxing - definite return when I'm next out this way.
Kate Lamont has a well-deserved reputation. We ordered the beef fillet med rare and the white rocks veal, the flavours were bang on. The highlight was the beef fillet, tender and a good size. Service was excellent. Prices on the upper end.
Country Road is somewhat hidden behind the Country Road store and also accessible via trendy Wolf Lane. They have an amazingly delicious selection of good vegetarian food with great eating areas inside and a protected courtyard outside. Great coffee!
Great pizza with a quirky menu. You can also win free pizza when you spin their Heroes Wheel. Free slushie drinks while you wait and usually some kind of console games to play too. Parking is a little nuts.
