I got private and insurance work done at the same time. They scratched my door card, drivers door seat and left my floor mat muddy. Various other scratches and marks around the car. I Had to get one of the guys there to polish paint out of my headlight that wasn't cleaned prior to me picking up the car. I requested a repair and re-paint of my rear bumper. $600 to have them repair and only paint the repaired area, leaving a small area under my tail light not fixed. When i inquired about the issues, I mas met with incredibly rude customer service blaming me for the faults, also refused to look at my interior damage.
