My son took me (and my car) to Mandrakes today. I had scraped a front mudguard and while there was no panel damage, I wasn’t sure how much paint had been removed. It was assessed by a pleasant gentlemen and in a short time another equally pleasant person appeared with a cloth and a bottle of something and the ‘scratches’ disappeared. They were only paint. I was relieved to say the least but offers to pay were refused. I’m new to this area and apart from supermarkets, I don’t know anywhere to go for anything, but I do know a great panel/body repair place in Cleveland. Thank you to all concerned.

Recently had insurance job on lancer, what a pleasurable experience. Victoria went above and beyond what you would expect with customer service, organizing a tow truck, a hire car, liasing with the insurance company and keeping us in the loop as the job progressed. Scott was informative and easy to talk to. Not only did we get the car back a week earlier than anticipated, the repair work was done to a very high standard. I got private and insurance work done at the same time. They scratched my door card, drivers door seat and left my floor mat muddy. Various other scratches and marks around the car. I Had to get one of the guys there to polish paint out of my headlight that wasn't cleaned prior to me picking up the car. I requested a repair and re-paint of my rear bumper. $600 to have them repair and only paint the repaired area, leaving a small area under my tail light not fixed. When i inquired about the issues, I mas met with incredibly rude customer service blaming me for the faults, also refused to look at my interior damage.

Mandrakes P&P have been located in Cleveland for as long as I can remember! So I decided I would use them right after I needed my car repaired and painted in a few spots my dog had scratched, the team where all very professional from the second I walked in and very they were also very friendly and polite, I would highly recommend these guys!

When one of my family had a slight argument with a gutter edge it required some serious fixing. The only repair place I could think of was Mandrakes at Cleveland. They've been there for over 30 years, that has to count for something. Over the years friends and family have used them for different paint and panel repair work and had no issues. But the problem was that was quite some years back. Were they still good? Sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith and hope everything is ok. We had a sports model car with bumper issues, get it wrong? Well...it was going to really be an awful situation. My sister dropped the car off, the staff were all really professional and kept her informed all the way on the status of the repair job. Then came my job/with sis to go pick the car up, I was both nervous & anxious at the same time. I kept telling myself they won't stuff this up, they've been round for ages. Got there and found out..........nothing to worry about at all, the job was outstanding, these guys fixed everything they said they would and the car looks great. I should never have had any doubt, 30 years plus of experience and also backed up with free quotes and qualified staff. Winner!!!!!

My repair job was relatively minor - ding in front bumper - but Mandrakes did a great job, the price was only a little more than my daughter's excess (no claim made), the job was done in three days and the paint work is first class. They even phoned me to give permission to buy a small additional part which wasn't on the quote ($15)! I would highly recommend Mandrakes P&P. They are also official repairers for local car dealers, so this says something.
