I popped in to this establishment due to the fact that I drove by and saw it was busy - needed some dinner and took the chance. A busy restaurant is a good one ....right?

I could see it was rather busy with only a couple of tables around seating the possibility of 4, so I was asked if I wanted to sit in the al fresco area.
Now, it was night time and 14 degrees... so I took one step into the area and said no..

Went back in and was given the table to seat 4, which was a bit dirty (they cleaned it before I sat down)

I was given a menu and an alcoholics drink list.
My order was taken and I must say that the servers were very pleasant.

The dishes came rather quickly but were hot and verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry tasty.
entree - Penang Loh Bak.......................................... $10.50
main - Butter Large King Prawns ............................$24.80
sides - Mixed Veggies - Oyster or Garlic Sauce ....$10.80 (they mixed the two sauces for me as they said it's really nice that way) - I agree.
sides - BBQ Pork Fried Rice.............(L)$12.80

I loved the way the server treated me - like I meant something and loved the touches of a lovely glass decanter jug for my water.
The dishes are very nice omg the butter king prawns were perfectly cooked - a dish that needs sharing as it's quite rich...and I had enough to take home.
I also liked that the chef comes out and personally asks you if you like your dishes. I can see he is very proud of what he does.

Definitely heading back !!!

First time here ... only people in the restaurant for a while. There were 3 of us and we only got two menus which I found a bit odd, seeing as there were plenty of menus about.
The server was very friendly but unfortunately had a very bad command of English . I've seen customers here before and the majority are Chinese , so I gathered the server mostly needed to speak Chinese. No biggy.
We ordered our food with a little confusion as you might predict and there was a limit on the pork dishes, so I ordered the 'Golden pork'.
I wasn't sure what it was from the picture - so I kinda took a pot shot and ordered it anyway.
My son ordered the wanton soup and my other son ordered the Pork Chops Chinese style.
My dish was OH MY GOD... amazing. Basically you could call it a pork schnitzel - full of flavour and a lovely crunchy crumb. Sooo ordering that again.
The soup was a little bland but still refreshing and the wantons seemed to be the packet variety, but still nice.
The Chinese chops had a lovely flavour, but the chops seemed a little chewy and there was a lot of sinew. Perhaps this is how it's meant to be ... not an expert here.
The Fried rice accompaniment was the usual fare.
Will definitely go back again, just to order their Golden pork dish!!

I've been here a few times and I must say the food is great - at first I was a bit disappointed in the naan, but last visit, I noticed the naan was beautiful!!!! I found out that there is one more chef there and maybe he's the reason for the much improved naan.
I also mentioned a while ago in another review that the glass table tops needed to be cleaned for presentation, as they looked as though they had been cleaned with dirty cloths.
I see this was rectified, as the glass was nice and clean.
My boys always get the butter chicken and the pieces of chicken are lovely and tender... I ordered the beef marsala - generous proportion and oooh so tender beef ..
Highly recommended...
Was definitely an improvement - keep it up :)

have been twice now, the last on father's day... service is impeccable - the waiter is very proud of this establishment, yet humble , with a good sense of humour. The chef has worked in high end establishments and it shows in the quality of the food.
Food was lovely - my son and his girlfriend said that it was the best Indian food they've had. The pistachio kulfi is a MUST. The naans are soft and so nice... highly recommended.
