Lovely atmosphere, lovely staff, a nice relaxing place to have a coffee with friends. I had one very small problem with them and the manager went to huge lengths to sort the problem out which I thought was just fantastic.

Great on prices, they have a wide range, awesome checkout procedures with the self-serve option, nice helpful staff, and great service. Great all round!

The atmosphere is great, the staff are energetic and always willing to help, The prices are great, and they have always had what I was shopping for. They recently changed their queuing system, so now it's shocking.

The lighting is shocking! The whole time I was in there I felt as though I am in a really cheap hospital. The place feels old and outdated. The staff aren't too personable, they act as though they don't want to be there. The prices are great though. The stock they carry is very limited, for example the nappy range comprises only Huggies brand and charge full price for them.

The restaurant is fantastic and they accept hot dockets and the like. The pokie room is sufficient and has its own bar. The club is very small and great if you're a smoker as is you don't then there is nowhere to get away from the smoke. The prices are not great - almost equal to Brisbane City. The hotel has accommodation above which is nice and very reasonable with price.

Always fast service and never too busy. Perfect for families. The store has had a new face-lift and looks great. The staff are lovely and are always willing to help. the prices are very reasonable

Lovely for a relaxing coffee. it is suitable for families although there are no high-chairs available. Children's milkshakes come with pretty decorations on them. They use a spill proof cup with lid and straw, and they even put a parasol in the straw - nice touch!
