This store is quite big and has a huge variety of things to buy at great prices. The check out queue always seems quite busy so I just use the self checkout. A lot of items in the beauty section such as moisturisers are a fair bit cheaper than buying from other stores

Great products. Good prices. However, there can be a really long line yet only two people serving and other workings milling around seemingly aimlessly.

Staff are friendly and know where most things are situated. Products are fairly priced and the store is neat and clean.

This shop is clean and bright much better than Kmart stores, good range of products and staff were able to help with my inquiries, didn't wait long at the new checkouts either, even the security lady was friendly on the way in.

Big W is a good place to get good priced clothes and underwear. Big W has a large range of products at a great price. I recommend it to other families for clothes and gifts.
