I purchased a pair of sunglasses at Bright Eyes 3 years ago which unfortunately I broke this week. I took them back to be offered a trade in with 50% off the next pair I purchased. The Manager, Damon went out of his way to help me in finding a new pair of sunglasses as I have very sensitative eyes that react to bright light. He even threw in a hard cover as well as receiving 50% off my new glasses.

Extreamly professional. Too many options to pick from. Always kept in contct with us. Kellie came to our house when it was convienent for us. Also let us take the wishing well home that night and then came round the next week to pick it up. Our reception looked amazing.

Excellent staff willing to help out and advise what would look good on what cake. The staff at Bells helped out with my wedding cake, which looked fab... also got it delivered to our Reception which is a job off my list for the day of the wedding

What I asked for was what I received... absolutely amazing. She even called a week prior to check all was going well and to let me know the flowers were ordered.

Vans were great - well stocked with everything that you would need for nights under the stars - service however was appauling. Tell you that you can have a van at 1pm on the Monday but have to have it back by 3pm Friday and still charge you for 5 full days. Also if you ring up and ask for an extra day and later dont require it - dont expect a refund of ANY kind even if you are giving more than 24 hours notice. The Wicked Campervan customer service could do with an upheval. We even asked to speak to a manager and were told there wasnt any!!!

A pleasant stay to say the least. All staff were helpful, courteous and a pleasure to be around. Our rooms were cleaned 3 out of the 4 days at our request with the sign placed on the door, however on the 4th day housekeeping actually knocked on our door to ensure that we didnt want them to clean our room. Free upgrade and also a bottle of wine as we were on our honeymoon

Best time to do this trip is the 9am route as the guide takes you everywhere in search of the crocs for the remaining trips. What was usually an hour trip feeding the crocs was almost 2 hours for us. Excellent knowledge of the area and the crocs that live there. A bundle of information. This gave us the opportunity to see the jumping crocs very close up and we were encouraged to take video and still photos.

The hospitality shown from all staff was unbelievable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. You signed in at the 'bar', picked your own spot to pull up at and camp and all that was left to do was relax. Beautiful pool with spa, shady camp sites, internet access, camp kitchen as well as cabins. Super cappuccinos in the morning and an excellent variety of food on the very well priced menu. All staff had a bundle of local information willing to share.

Very helpful and wasnt out to make money. We went in asking for the best way to secure our front door and he showed us many options. Also got a few keys cut while we were out there.

Unfortunatley not the best experience. Celebrant was a lovely lady, however not too good at remembering important things. She didnt turn up for the rehersal, left out a complete paragraph in my husbands vow, and what we had to sign on the day said we were married somewhere other than where we got married.
