Used to be good, but that changed a while ago as they went downhill fast. Had a bad experience with them, but heard they had staff changes and their service had changed. Well it did change, it got worse... much worse. My order that I placed over 7 days ago still isn't here. When I asked what was happening as I only live about an hour away, I was told that they just got back from their holiday, and I should expect to wait till they get back into work mode, but they would probably try to send the next day. As I also had medication on my order, I requested if they couldn't get the delivery to me the next day, could they please let me know in the morning as it was a Friday and I would have to buy locally as it was needed. My response came after 5:30pm so not only could I buy it till the following week but I couldn't talk to them till the following Monday. But they informed me that they would try and send sometime next week...Maybe. I guess our pets health isn't high on their priority. Now I know why they hide their company address and owners details. They are a bit cheaper on some items, more expensive on others, but I used to buy from them regularly because their proximity meant quick delivery,and spent just over $2.6k over a few years. The order previous to the last one took 22 days and they sent wrong items, missed some items altogether, sent me things that my dog is allergic to as substitutes to items that I did order. And basically ignored my repeated contact, but when they finally did they could see my problem, and told me to get over it. That's why it took over a year for me to try it again... Wish I hadn't as I it looks like they are not sending anything this time… No wonder the good reviews stop in 2013..
