They have a fantastic array of products, the prices are great value. I buy Evolution dog biscuits from them, the best biscuits around, plus the "unreal ears" regularly as well as dental treats in Chicken and potato and Kangaroo. My dogs love all their products and the service and delivery is excellent. I order down from Victoria, which shows how good I think they are.

Used to be good, but that changed a while ago as they went downhill fast. Had a bad experience with them, but heard they had staff changes and their service had changed. Well it did change, it got worse... much worse. My order that I placed over 7 days ago still isn't here. When I asked what was happening as I only live about an hour away, I was told that they just got back from their holiday, and I should expect to wait till they get back into work mode, but they would probably try to send the next day. As I also had medication on my order, I requested if they couldn't get the delivery to me the next day, could they please let me know in the morning as it was a Friday and I would have to buy locally as it was needed. My response came after 5:30pm so not only could I buy it till the following week but I couldn't talk to them till the following Monday. But they informed me that they would try and send sometime next week...Maybe. I guess our pets health isn't high on their priority. Now I know why they hide their company address and owners details. They are a bit cheaper on some items, more expensive on others, but I used to buy from them regularly because their proximity meant quick delivery,and spent just over $2.6k over a few years. The order previous to the last one took 22 days and they sent wrong items, missed some items altogether, sent me things that my dog is allergic to as substitutes to items that I did order. And basically ignored my repeated contact, but when they finally did they could see my problem, and told me to get over it. That's why it took over a year for me to try it again... Wish I hadn't as I it looks like they are not sending anything this time… No wonder the good reviews stop in 2013..

This is the place to buy your pet treats from with a great variety to choose from, and I think the quality of the dental sticks for dogs is superior to the supermaket range. Prices of Kangaroo tendons are way cheaper than usual retail prices. They also sell pet food, toys, accessories, flea treatments, bedding and other types of products people commonly buy for dogs. One thing I check when buying food for my dogs is that it's made from Australian ingredients and this is the case with Australian Pet Treat Company.

I've been shopping around for the most economical dog treats which are great quality, natural and Australian. These guys tick all the boxes. I just bought extra long beef whizzers- which are keeping my beagles busy for longer than other other treat I've bought them- and some roo sticks (which cost me about $1.30 each compared to the $2.60 I paid at the local pet store last week). Postage was really fast- they were dispatched within about 20 minutes of me ordering and arrived the very next morning.
