DVDs were scratch, even BROKEN sometimes when they arrived. So i stopped them. How they could actually put a "Broken in two" DVD in an envelope and post it off is beyond me.

BigPond charge WAY TOO MUCH! Their "Unlimited" downloads have a LIMITED fast download speed. They then penalize you for using your ALLOWED USAGE!!! unfortunately I have to stay with them>

Walked in there one day. Stood there waiting for 20 mins for some service, no one came. They weren't serving anyone else, just talking to each other. VERY POOR!!!

They don't have some things that you might want. If you ask for something and they don't have it, you get the "We don't know if or when we'll get it. We only get what we are sent." Pretty bad. Especially when you want AFL Grand Final Premiership products.
