My move was a straight forward 2.2km move and we had already removed 2 shipping containers of belongings. Previous moves have taken 6-7 hours maximum. Somehow the 2 MyMoovers removalists managed to stretch the job out for 11 hours. As we were charged by the hour I felt really taken advantage of. They men were careful however it was clear they were wasting time. Unfortunately I would not recommend

From the moment I walked into this store I was impressed. It looked the same as all the others I had been through but I was immediately greeted by Josh (Senior Salesman) who was by far the best I had encounted. I was there with my 5 year old twins (you can imagine the bed jumping) and he sorted them out quickly with a kids area and DVD. After getting a brief rundown on what we were after Josh took my husband and I through some options asking exactly the right questions in such a polite way. He was patient and very educated in all products and we ended up buying a bed that we wouldn't have even considered. Although initially they were not the cheapest store, Josh matched the best price I could get on the same bed elsewhere. The bed was delivered 2 days later by some very helpful guys and my husband I returned to the store to buy our base as we were just so happy with the overall experience. Highly reccommended

This is my local 'Go to' gift shop for female friends as I always find something unique at a really great price. The lady that runs the store is super friendly and does a great job gift wrapping.
The main items for sale are garden and home wares but it's not the same stuff you see in all the other shops.
Highly recommend you drop in next time you need a last minute gift, or even just for a browse.

SOS tree and stump removal cut a large gum branch that was very high up and was leaning dangerously over our house. I rang for a quote and they came onsite within a day, a very competetive quote was professionaly emailed the same day and once we confirmed they booked the job in for the same week.
I found the team to be very efficient and excellent value. I also liked that they kept in mind what was best for the tree's recovery. In addition, the guys also mulched all the branches up for us to use on the garden.
I would highly reccommend SOS for any tree lopping and will definitly use them again if needed.

After ringing around to numerous big glass companies and getting no customer service and highly inflated quotes I tried the little guys. Leigh from Clearcut glass was SUPER price competitive and almost half the price of the big companies. I had 4 frosted bathroom/toilet windows replaced with clear safety glass and the job was completed in a timely manner with no fuss.
There was some time delays with the office in receiving the initial quotes and booking the work in but I was in no immediate hurry so this was not a huge problem. Highly recommend getting a quote from these guys.

Aaron re-tiled our ensuite which is in a very old house and did a great job dealing with the uneven walls and floors. He had fabulous attention to detail and took great pride in his work.
I was initially hesitant going with him as he is a one man show and is quite young he also didn't have the flashy website like some other bigger companies (however this enabled him to be very price competitive) and i was very happy with the end result.
I would highly recommend Aaron, he calls when he says he'll call, turns up on time and cleans up after his work. I believe that he mainly works on big building jobs however if you are in the immediate area he does local jobs as well.

What a gem of a find in the suburbs. Really great coffee and excellent lunches. They are also licensed with basic wines so you can enjoy a glass of vino with your lunch. Friendly staff, creative and quality food with fast service. Also great to take toddlers as there are toys and pencils plus a big communal table. Highly reccommended

I booked in for a half leg wax and although it seemed expensive I thought I would try the 'homemade wax' that was described on their website. Unfortunately I found it to be very disappointing. My therapist was having a really bad day, and had the wax on way too hot. She also took over an hour to complete the job. In the end her manager came to the rescue and fixed me up quickly and painlessly so she was great. Perhaps if I had a different therapist my experience would have been more positive, but sadly I wont be going back.
On the plus, they acknowledged the situation and didn't charge me for my treatment.

MetroMovers moved my family locally. We wanted to help with the process but as we were going from a single story to a double story house, we really just wanted the use of their truck and the extra muscle to help with the big furniture. These guys were awesome. 2 young fit guys with brains were so fast we were running to keep up with them. They were happy for us to help with all the work in turn cutting back on the per hour cost and the overall job totalled alot less than I expected because they were so efficient. Their equipment and trucks were high quality and they provided free plasma boxes, portarobes and mattress protectors on the day.
From the back end the booking and confirmation process was fast and easy and all staff we spoke with were very friendly and customer service focussed. I would highly recommend MetroMovers
