From the moment I walked into this store I was impressed. It looked the same as all the others I had been through but I was immediately greeted by Josh (Senior Salesman) who was by far the best I had encounted. I was there with my 5 year old twins (you can imagine the bed jumping) and he sorted them out quickly with a kids area and DVD. After getting a brief rundown on what we were after Josh took my husband and I through some options asking exactly the right questions in such a polite way. He was patient and very educated in all products and we ended up buying a bed that we wouldn't have even considered. Although initially they were not the cheapest store, Josh matched the best price I could get on the same bed elsewhere. The bed was delivered 2 days later by some very helpful guys and my husband I returned to the store to buy our base as we were just so happy with the overall experience. Highly reccommended

I was carried away by the salesmanship of Bedshed, Nunawading stores and placed order for a king size bedroom suite. We specifically told the sales person that we needed a firm bed and enquired if flexi slat base would provide the firmness. He categorically said that flexi slats have replaced hard wood slats and they are very firm. Later I found, the flexi slat bed will not provide firmness for the memory foam mattress as per the manufacturer of the memory foam. The manufacturer insisted that we should opt for hard wood slats if we want a firm bed. This was totally contrary to the assurance given by the Bedshed Salesperson. The sizes of bedside tables given in their website are wrong. The width and length are interchanged. As a result of this, the suite would not fit into my bed room. However, the shop refused to accept any responsibility for the misinformation on bed slats or wrong specifications in their website and would not refund $500.00 that I paid as advance, although it was a stock item and I went the very next day to cancel the order. The bedroom suite was supposed to be delivered ten days later. We were appalled by their customer service when I requested for the refund.I was forced to buy bed linen which are bought by the stores from warehouse sales. Would never ever step into this shop.
