We enjoyed our experience at Cocco Lounge. We dined here for dinner because we discovered a voucher in our Entertainment Book.
Friendly, quick service. We turned up without a booking and were seated straight away. Our table was right next to the counter, where the staff came in and out, so was a bit tight, but was really only a small issue.
We both had Chicken Parmi's, one original, one off the special board. We were impressed by the size, not too small, not too big. It was very tasty and we had no complaints!
Good pricing, clean establishment, yummy food = happy customer.

My dining partner and I popped in for a quick lunch, using a voucher from the Entertainment Book.
It didn't seem very busy at the time, so thought it would suit our schedule. We were wrong! It looked like only one staff member in the kitchen, and two on the floor. But only one staff member on the floor was taking orders and doing most of the delivery service.
Our drinks took an unnecessarily long time to be made and then sat on the bar for nearly five minutes before being brought to our table.
We knew the food was going to be awhile, when other customers that had been there longer than us, looked annoyed and frustrated. When we asked how long our food would be, we were told another 10 minutes. It indeed did take only 10 more minutes, but the state of my meal, I wish they had taken longer. My Focaccia was barely toasted, cheese maybe 10% melted and the lettuce on the side was starting to brown. Flavour was OK. Unfortunately, not that enjoyable.
On a positive note, my dining partner's lamb salad was better, lamb was cooked well and was a good serving size.
On our departure the Wifi on the EFTPO's machine cut out (as it did for the customer before us) and we had to end up paying cash.
The establishment was clean and the staff members were friendly, if a bit dis-organised.

We visited Conservatory for the High Tea Buffet. It was delicious! We all enjoyed everything we tried. And there was so much variety and so much to choose from, we couldn't even try everything! Which was impressive, as sometimes at these types of things, you find the opposite. I must admit we ate too much, but it was well worth it!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we walked out discussing how good the staff has been.

As you walk in you are immediately impressed by your surroundings, the view and of course the set up of the buffet and the presentation of the food. Savoury, sweets, a chocolate fountain!

For $40 ($65 if you get a class of f Moët & Chandon Rosé Champagne), it is very well priced for what you get. We absolutely got our monies worth.

Approximate cost: $40-$65

Hot Tip: Go try the Lamb and Rosemary Pie. If anyone asked me what my favourite pie is, I'd probably say this one! Delicious every time!
Also a big fan of their freshly made salad rolls, in particular the Chicken and Salad Wholemeal roll. Yes, a bit pricey, but worth it! Always fresh ingredients and lots of them! Yummy and filling. The sweet goodies are also not too bad.
Friendly service. One (small) issue is the shop is a bit small and gets a bit crowded in the busy lunch rush. Make sure you get in early, so you don't miss out on what you want...has happened only a couple of times. A second issue (that probably only affects me!) is with the early closing on Sundays, I have missed out on getting lunch there many times, as I rarely want an early lunch on a Sunday...but at least I can get it the other 6 days of the week.
