Afternoon meeting. Couple of hot chocs, tea chai. All fine. Went to pay and refused to split the bill. Their reason was they could not afford to make people wait while they did that. but THERE WAS NO-ONE ELSE in line and only two other people there! We asked for them to reconsider. Rude refusal. One colleague stated disapproval. No anger just disapproval, and walked outside. As I completed paying (after taking MORE time to get money from each than would have happened otherwise) the cashier then was rude about my colleague. It was awkward and unnecessary. I meet in cafe's as my main modus operandi. It was my recommendation. Not Cocco - ever - again

We enjoyed our experience at Cocco Lounge. We dined here for dinner because we discovered a voucher in our Entertainment Book.
Friendly, quick service. We turned up without a booking and were seated straight away. Our table was right next to the counter, where the staff came in and out, so was a bit tight, but was really only a small issue.
We both had Chicken Parmi's, one original, one off the special board. We were impressed by the size, not too small, not too big. It was very tasty and we had no complaints!
Good pricing, clean establishment, yummy food = happy customer.

Always enjoy eating here, food is always great and tasty and its value for money. We have on occasion had to wait when its been busy but other than that nothing bad to say

Good variety of light meals for the not too hungry. as well as the full on, main courses. Quick and friendly service which means you can have a quick meal before heading to the cinema up the street. Enjoyed a simple quiche and salad before the movies.

Maybe I caught them on an off day, but when I walked up to the counter the guy behind the register looked at me like I was from another planet. Maybe they have table service? With all the staff in the background chatting to one another rather than attending to customers I figured you had to ask for their attention. I just stopped for morning tea, and was very disappointed. The hot chocolate was weak and gritty and the lemon slice dry and bland, like it had been sitting in the fridge for a few weeks. Yes, it's convenient being right next to the cinema, but there must be better options just down the road. Oh, and my bill came out to over $8! For a simple hot chocolate and lemon slice?!

Lots of yummy desserts here! Great chai lattes and a good variety on the menu to please everyone. Also do takeaway coffees which are handy for the movies.

We always love coming here for a quick no fuss meal, great prices, great food and the atmosphere is funky and fun! The cakes are yum, and the food is simple but always nice, its in a great spot next to the cinemas, and its right in the heart of geelong
