I know that this is my response only but I was not happy with them at all. From the beginning their were a lot of errors. The first customer service Representative got it wrong and no one seemed to be able to get it right. I was linked with some interstate with a name similar to mine and birth date about thirty years my junior.

The service is impeccable. Staff are friendly and very helpful. You can tell that they just love their job and their customers. Always willing to go the extra bit. I have also had a couple of functions recently and they where only to generous with their support for the breads I needed and they even did a special order.

The staff are knowledgeable. Good service. The staff have been most helpful either in the store or on the phone. New store set up better than the old store

I would recommend iprimus to anyone looking for telecommunication. I was not happy with my other provider. When \ever I have a problem they are very helpful. Today I was having trouble with my email set up and they were just great. I like the idea of their live chat. I had a very helful gentleman and then on the phone another very helpful man. We have every thing with iprimus and all items are bundled on the one account so much easier.

My experience started with a phone call. Looking for a CD to upgrade a current computer program. A very helpful gentleman on the phone. Item was on special - even better -. Product not available in any other store on the day of phone call.
Gentleman from Harvey Norman very helpful and obliging. Went out and bought it. Service in store was also excellent

I love the choices of the oils and vinegar that they stock, However it is not just about oil and vinegar there are plenty of choices for making just the best food and tastes in the kitchen. all bottles and jars are reusable. This is great for the economy and also for recycling.
