i've always had exceptional service from this harvey norman in particular they always come over to see if they can help you and if they see you with something in your hand they will actually come up and discount it for you with out even having to ask. i got $20 off an iron that was already on sale.
My experience started with a phone call. Looking for a CD to upgrade a current computer program. A very helpful gentleman on the phone. Item was on special - even better -. Product not available in any other store on the day of phone call.
