The staff know their stuff, and they are willing to help everyone - whether you are a newbie or an old hand. They also treat every customer with respect (spending time explaining the different products - and there is a great range here), no matter how much or how little you are spending.
They make you feel comfortable and welcome from the time you walk in the door.

Geoff and the crew at Parlour are super friendly, always good for a laugh, and most importantly - know their stuff! Whether you are wanting a great cut, colour or something a little bit different, they are honest and reliable in being able to accomplish what you are after, or tell you if it can't be done (if you have ever been to a hairdresser who tells you that they can do something - and it's not until it's too late that you realise they can't - you will appreciate this fact).
If you are after a "do" then Maxine is your girl, take in a reference picture and she can do amazing things.
The whole atmosphere really does make for an enjoyable experience with great hair being the outcome!

1 lock repaired, 1 lock adjusted. Anytime locksmiths had someone out within a day (for a non-urgent call out). The guy they sent was polite and professional. He repaired an old lock instead of just replacing it straight out (saving me money) he also informed me that he was able to get a new lock if/when i wanted one. The other lock was adjusted so that it works properly, and has room to be adjusted further if necessary. The initial quote was $240 and I was only charged $160 in the end for the work he did!
My parents recommended this business to me due to the great service they have received from them, so now I would recommend them on to anyone looking for a great locksmith in the Bayside area.
