The Companies Customer Service is non existent.
There recital packages are a rort.
The good teachers are always absent and the others are young, scruffy looking and are useless at teaching small children.

I purchased a few items at agreed prices (as they were hideously more expensive than the other stores in the area) but later found out I'd been over charged. I rang the store to complain to the manager and instead was put through to the rude arrogant person who overcharged me. He then proceeded to impersonate the manager and later messed up and confessed to being the guy who served me. They are rude, arrogant and deceitful. I found the management to be just as bad. I will never shop there again!
