Bought a couple things from Iconic over the past few months and was generally pleased however my issue is with their refunds. I found I had to chase up my refund which they were very slow to process. Not happy about that at all. I will think twice before shopping with them again.

Painfuly slow dispatch and delivery. My item did not arrive in time to give as a gift and I ordered 6 weeks proir to their birthday. I will never use them again

I've bought from ozsale over a dozen times and even though the prices are great, some items I've received haven't been the best quality or they often send the wrong item doh! However they are always happy to rectify their mistakes but it's still inconvenient to have to go through the processing of returning. For this reason I've stopped buying from them.

I ordered two tops but upon arrival i was not satisfied with their quality so I decide to return them. It took them over a month to refund my money. When I called customer service they were unable to verify if they had received my items becuase they are shipped back to NZ. They were of no help and a little rude. Also shipping was slow. It took about two weeks to get my items which is well below par compared to other online retailers who usually deliver within a few days.

This store sets the bar for exceptional customer service. I was after a particular Calvin Klein dress that had sold out on their site. I called them to see if they could get anymore in but they weren't sure. The next day I get a call back from the merchandise manager to let me know that they can import one for my direct from the USA! Since then I have continued to buy from royaltag and I have always been impressed with their fast delivery, and the best part is you don't pay a cent for shipping :)

I picked up an ab machine for father's day for under $75 (incl. shipping). They retail for about $200 so I was stocked with the price. And it was delivered within 2 days of placing the order!

I love their sales! They happen often which is a good thing! Their range of brands and dresses is awesome. Shipping was lightening fast! I only wish the website had better product images and better sizing information, but other than that Kat is always very helpful with sizing.

Wonderful fast service and the products are great at amazing prices. I've bought a few things from them ranging from plastic containers to air beds. So far everything I've bought from them has held up!
