We booked an early home pickup for travel to airport, bus did not turn up, tried ringing 1300 # twice and no answer, rang mobile # on website and person was not happy to get call, they rang back and said bus was minutes away, but still took 20 (he slept in). So we were 45 minutes late. We had a return trip booked also paid in full, our adult children cancelled this and picked up up due to our departure problem. Company would not give a full refund (kept $30) even though our pickup was a disaster. Company has little people skills and were actually quite rude in the the way they handled part refund. Bus was clean and driver was polite although we were told he has been dismissed.

Food ordering was a bit slow and one of our meals was omitted from order, it was 'rushed' and supplied free. The whole staff / order process seemed a bit vague. I had to almost jump up and down to place a second drink order. Thankfully the food was very well prepared and tasty.

Food is very tasty with good size portions. I agree with an other rater that they need to look up at the ceiling and do a bit of A/C vent cleaning and repair. This would not stop me from going as the cleanliness at ground level is quite satisfactory.

It started well with an efficient greeting and ordering. Adult meals were tasty but for $34 I expect more than shredded iceberg lettuce and fries with my meal. Children eat free Tuesday, but our daughter wanted something from the excluded menu so we had to pay full price, discount would have been nice on Tuesday. We waited some time for table to be cleared and ordered deserts, some time later told all 3 were off the menu that day, so we just paid up a bit annoyed. If offered something that was available discounted for our trouble we may have left happier.

This brewery is basically run by a husband and wife team. They are continually making small batches of beer with a range of 4 styles.
For a small fee you can taste the range which I must say the range quality is the best I've experienced.
Not one of the beers were substandard and the Porter is to die for!

She goes out of her way to be helpful with very quick and efficient communication.
Items are shipped very quickly and postage is very reasonable.
Goods are good quality and come packed very well.
I also received a free gift enclosed in the order.....wow!!

We found this business as an online search.
We received the product within the prescibed delivery window (21-28 days) but I think they need to reduce the window.
The goods received were extremely good quality for the price so that really is the satisfying.

For a small business the range of goods is great and the packaging was cute.
The handling time puts some bigger businesses to shame.

We had a custom made necklace and keyring made for our son's 21st.
We were sent a photo and we wanted a change made and Kel was very obliging.
The final result was fantastic and great value.

I took my old car there for a repair and I was told to sell it as it was not worth repairing for the money.
