If you want customer service then dont use Gecko Lane!
I have sent 2 emails of enquiry to this business, dated 16th Sept 2010 and 1st Oct 2010. Emails were sent to [email protected] which is the contact address on their website. Neither email even received the courtesy of a reply. (and their reply didnt go in a spam folder as I do not have one)
I thought the business owners may be ill or on holidays, so I looked their business page up on facebook and it has been very active.
Just not good enough.

What a fantastic website and group of people running this business. Nothing is too hard for them in way of customer service. They have such a fantastic range of products too.
Very genuine people who communicate well.
For a small business the range of goods is great and the packaging was cute.
The handling time puts some bigger businesses to shame.

Karen was very helpful giving me useful advice on products I was after. She answered all my queries very quickly and my order arrived promplty. I was very happy with the service I received and will be back.

Karren and her husband Rick are lovely people to deal with, helped me along the way with my order via email and sent out what i was after very quickly. Their herbal products are very good quality!

I have never received an email from you or erceived any communication from you on Face book if you would like to contact me I will help you if I can but as I dont know who you are how can I contact you

I never tried to contact you via facebook, I just thought that you hadnt replied to my emails because you had a problem accessing your internet or were away on holidays/ill. I checked faceook to see if you had been active elsewhere online. I was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt. I find it very disappointing when online businesses dont reply to polite emails of enquiry, this may be an area of your business you need to pay more attention to.
